# How to Make:
01 - Preheat the oven broiler to high. Line a baking sheet with aluminum foil and lightly grease the surface.
02 - Combine Dijon mustard, whole grain mustard, honey, olive oil, lemon juice, minced garlic, salt, and black pepper in a small bowl. Whisk until smooth.
03 - Pat the salmon fillets dry with paper towels and arrange them evenly on the prepared baking sheet.
04 - Brush or spoon the honey mustard glaze generously over each fillet, coating the top and sides thoroughly.
05 - Place under the broiler for 8 to 12 minutes until the salmon turns opaque and flakes easily with a fork. Ensure internal temperature reaches 145°F.
06 - Remove from the oven, garnish with chopped parsley, and offer lemon wedges alongside.
