# How to Make:

01 - Line a 9x13 inch baking sheet with parchment paper.
02 - Combine Greek yogurt with honey or maple syrup in a medium bowl until smooth and lightly sweetened.
03 - Evenly spread the yogurt mixture onto the lined baking sheet forming a layer approximately 1/3 inch thick.
04 - Distribute mixed red berries uniformly over the yogurt layer.
05 - Sprinkle chopped nuts, shredded coconut, and lemon zest over the berries as desired.
06 - Gently press the toppings into the yogurt to ensure they adhere.
07 - Place uncovered in the freezer for a minimum of 3 hours until firm.
08 - Remove from freezer, transfer to a cutting board, and break or slice into pieces.
09 - Serve immediately or store in an airtight container in the freezer for up to 2 weeks.
