# How to Make:

01 - In a large mixing bowl, whisk together eggs, whole milk, heavy cream, sugar, vanilla extract, cinnamon, and salt until smooth and homogenous.
02 - Preheat a large nonstick skillet or griddle over medium heat and melt 1 tablespoon of unsalted butter.
03 - Dip each bread slice into the custard, allowing it to soak for 10 to 15 seconds per side, then let excess drip off before cooking.
04 - Place the soaked bread slices onto the skillet and cook for 2 to 3 minutes per side, until each side is golden brown and cooked through. Add remaining butter as needed while working in batches.
05 - Arrange cooked slices on plates, top generously with fresh berries, drizzle with maple syrup, and optionally dust with powdered sugar.
