# What You Need:

→ Oats Base

01 - 1 cup rolled oats
02 - 1 cup plain Greek yogurt
03 - 1/2 cup milk, dairy or non-dairy
04 - 2 tablespoons chia seeds
05 - 2 tablespoons maple syrup or honey
06 - 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
07 - Pinch of salt

→ Strawberry Swirl

08 - 1 cup fresh or frozen strawberries, diced
09 - 1 tablespoon maple syrup or honey
10 - 1 teaspoon lemon juice

→ Toppings

11 - Fresh strawberries, sliced
12 - Chopped nuts or seeds
13 - Extra yogurt

# How to Make:

01 - In a small saucepan, combine diced strawberries, maple syrup, and lemon juice. Cook over medium heat, stirring frequently, until strawberries break down and mixture thickens, approximately 8 to 10 minutes. Transfer to a bowl and cool completely.
02 - In a medium mixing bowl, combine rolled oats, Greek yogurt, milk, chia seeds, maple syrup, vanilla extract, and salt. Mix until well incorporated.
03 - Whisk the oat mixture vigorously for 1 to 2 minutes or use a hand mixer on low speed to incorporate air and achieve extra fluffiness.
04 - Spoon half of the oat mixture into two jars or serving glasses. Add a generous layer of strawberry swirl. Top with remaining oat mixture and swirl additional strawberry sauce on top.
05 - Cover jars with lids or plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least 8 hours or overnight.
06 - In the morning, top with fresh sliced strawberries, chopped nuts, seeds, or extra yogurt as desired.
